I was constantly triggered, overwhelmed, and trapped in panic attacks that made my world feel chaotic and out of control. It felt like I was living inside a storm I couldn’t escape.
I didn’t believe healing was possible. I didn’t think the panic would ever stop or that I could live without medication. I just kept putting one foot in front of the other, going to therapy, trying to survive - without any clear understanding of what was happening or why.
Over time, through everything I lived, learned, and practiced, I began to understand my patterns, my triggers, and how to actually heal.
Now, I’ve turned that experience into a clear, step-by-step process through the BRAVE Method.
And today, everything is different.
The panic attacks are gone. The chaos is gone. I’m no longer triggered the way I used to be, and I don’t need medication.
